Good morning just a quick post from me, as you can see I took the picture of my desk before I went to bed last night, and this is a scheduled post. There's not much on my desk I am working on some wedding table place cards and thats about it. I haven't been able to do much crafting lately, not only do I never seem to have time but I have been having problems with my left hand, it started with tingling and now 3 of my fingers re completly numb, I went to the dr last week he has diagnosed Carpol Tunnel Syndrome so I have to go see a neurologist and may have to go for an operation to relieve it.
I also reached a mile stone a couple of weeks ago and forgot to tell you, if you come to my blog regularly you will know I have been dieting for the last 10 months, well I finally reached my goal weight losing a whopping 2st 9 1/2 lbs and 4 dress sizes on the way! I am really pleased with myself, and know that have achived this just for me with no peer pressure and it feels really good, I may now give myself couple of weeks to relax and then try to lose another 1/2stone.
Thanks for visiting.
Hugs Pam x

Well done on the weight loss! I struggle with carpal tunnel so feel your pain! Literally. Have a happy Wednesday! Mel #51
Pam, I've had both hands fixed for Carpal Tunnel - there's no other cure - don't let them fob you off - it's a 15 minute operation and worth everything in terms of getting your life back. But they put me through hoops with physio and wearing a brace and all sorts of rubbish first...don't let them do that to you - eventually the physio said to me - 'don't ut up with it, total waste of everyones time and resources'...so I didn't. Changed my life.
As for your weight loss - woo hoo you - what a great great achievement! You should be really proud - all that loss on top of being in the Wine Club - well done you.
Congrats on the weight loss! Sorry about the carple tunnel. Hopefully the docs can fix it! Happy WOYWW! -Amanda
Well done you... You must be so proud to lose so much weight.
Hope they sort out the CTS quickly for you,
Love joZarty x
Fantastic work in the weight department. Keeping it there is the challenge of my life-time so go for it!
And the carpal tunnel thing is a bit nasty, however I had my left wrist operated on 5 or 6 years ago and have never looked back. Find the best person possible who will operate endoscopically. I have two tiny scars, both of them less than 10 mm and sitting in wrinkle lines. They are nearly invisible. Recovery was pretty easy. Hope that helps with the decision. Don't wait until there is more nerve compression which takes longer to recover from.
Such a serene desk will wait for you. ;-)

P.S.
Pam, I'm totally in agreement with Julia too. All the acupuncture and physio in the world is putting off the inevitable.

Bad news on the fingers and hand there Pam, hope something can be done to help. Absolutely brilliant news on the weight loss front, well done you, the best bit is you did it for yourself.
