Good Evening, hope are all well. I've been missing in Action, as been very busy inc an overnight stay in Birmingham as my daughter had an interview at Newman University, followed by a shopping trip to the bullring!

I havent been doing much card making as my printer has been playing up but hopefully back into it now!

Here is a card I made for my MIL a few weeks ago and forgot share.

WOYWW - updated

Anyone would think I'm out working instead of lazing around, why? Cause each week my post showing my desk gets later and later! Theres not much on my desk to be honest SU caty is still there, new (cause the post man only just bought it) is the lush wool that I am going to use to knit a scarf for my friend, its a lovely wine colour with cerise felt bobbles on the edging - thats my task for this afternoon it should only take about an hour n a half.

For those interested here is the scarf I knitted from the wool on my desk.

Thank you to everyone last week for your well wishes for my son, I ended up taking him to A&E as his finger kept bleeding so he had it glued and dressed it was actually worse than I thought (thats what i get for letting OH deal with these things!). Main thing is it seems to be on the mend cause he can now play his xbox again!!!!

Off to visit a few desks now

Sunday Greetings

Good afternoon, hope you are all having a relaxing sunday. I thought I would share another of the cards that I've made recently but not posted.

This one is has been made using a lily of the valley stamp, the DP is SU and I coloured her with my promarkers. She is available to purchase in my etsy shop.

WOYWW - 8 Feb 2012

Well can you believe its been a week since we all joined the lovely Julia over at the Stamping Ground and shared what we have on our craft/work desks.

This week my desk is a bit of a mess (may have to tidy it up later ) so what can you see? The ribbon has been dumped there by my OH after he used it to spruce up our very tired pinboard, my promaker chart, Stampin Up Expressions newsletter (yes believe it or not I am signed up as SU demo (several months ago) just havent got round to doing anything with it!), my create a cup cake punch, a saturated canary image thats been there a week, Oh and a dangerous weapon (the scissors); my son used them last night and managed to slice the top off his finger, I honestly don't know how!!!!

Thats it really, off to visit as many of you as poss.

Monday again and Crazy Challenge

Good morning, where do the weekends go!!

As promised last week I'm back today to share a couple of cards you haven't seen yet, these are using one if my new fab stampin up sets create a cupcake it's soo quick and easy to create a card Ruth these as they have a co-ordinated punch which takes all the hard work out!!! The first one is made with melon mambo card and DP and the 2nd (my fav) old olive and aubergine.

Now don't forget its Monday, which means its time for another Crazy Challenge , this week we are looking for fairies, we are being sponsored by Dtsarts and the prize is 2 digis of your choice. Its also really exciting as we have some new members on the Design team so pop on over and say hello to the new girls.

Good morning, yes its Wednesday again, and this is what my desk looked like at tea time Tuesday, I was working on a canvas for my craft room wall, I can't take any credit for the idea as I it snitched it from the lovely Hayley!


and here it is all finished and on the wall, I'm really pleased with it the only thing is I nowthink my craft rom needs a lick of paint, I'm thinking lemon ; my husband will be please not!
